an "OPERATION ITCH GATHERING/ PARTY/ ART FEST THINGY"

so.. i am thinking of having an operation itch gathering. like those YouTube gatherings, only smaller. not a protest, or a promotion, just a get together, where we all leave our computers and get together, have some wine, sing some songs, make some videos....

it is just a germ of a thought right now- i will be working out the details soon, but out of the following dates, what would work for everyone:

1. NEW YEARS EVE/ DAY 2008/09

2. 1/21/09

i think if we can get 40 people, maybe rent a huge house or a block of hotel rooms...... this would be great.

ohhhhh, this would be sooo fun~it would be a blast to meet all of you! somewhere warm would be fantabulous....you can count me in only in spirit though...unless i can win the imaginary lottery that i can't even afford to play! (i'll put this on my "goal list"....along with getting the heck back outta this one horse town and getting healthy again!!!) .....sending good positive vibes out into the universe for this to happen :)

Sounds like an awesome way to spend New Year's Eve/Day! I'd prefer Long Island myself (never been there, buts sounds cool), or NYC, though I'm sure that'd be crazy. Anywhere but Texas, please! :) What a cool idea, Dennis. I'd do my best to be there.

Chances of me being able to afford to attend such a gathering are slim but on the off chance that it was possible I'd definitely join in! That is, if my 2 year old would be welcome. I go nowhere without him.
